I was that person who had their furnace go out on Christmas eve. I messaged Thin Air on Christmas day hoping to get a response the day after. My furnace blower went out on a 40+ year old unit. Thin Air responded rapidly and professionally on a Sunday. They tried repairing the motor first and then we determined that a new unit was most effective. They completely replaced and installed a new Rheem HVAC unit the next day.
